We all have days where we just want to curl up under the blanket and cry, listen to sad songs and stuff our faces with chocolates - trust me I've been there, and it is absolutely normal! (Sending you lots of virtual hugs if you're feeling that way at the moment). It is difficult to always stay positive, be happy and look at the brighter side of things.
What I can say is that although we don't have control over other people and outside forces, we do have control over our mind, spirit and most importantly what we send out to the universe.
Sometimes it starts with the simplest of actions... forcing yourself to smile until you actually begin to feel the positivity or it could be making the extra effort when you're getting ready in the morning. But before all that, try and repeat these kind and positive messages to yourself everyday, and it'll help set your mind and soul right for the day.
